Fender guitars Take a look at the company that makes many of the guitars
and amplifiers used in both our live show and our studio recordings. Randy's
favorite electric guitar comes from these folks as do Jeff's new custom guitars,
and Teddy's vintage basses.
Gibson guitars Here's the company that makes many of Randy's favorite
acoustic guitars including the Chet Atkins SST model he's played on-stage for
the last decade, the J-200 he played on "Goodbye (Kelly's Song)",
and, his father's Gibson Gospel Randy played on "My Home's in Alabama".
Taylor Guitars Paul Binkley our "live" acoustic guitar maestro
uses these very fine guitars as does Larry Hanson which are also featured on
many of our studio recordings. Very fine craftsmanship makes these instruments
very special.
Shure Take a look at the company that manufactures the In-Ear
monitoring systems and many of the microphones used for our live show. These
folks are largely responsible for removing the black boxes that always adorned
our stage (and blocked your view) ad bringing those great sounds to your ears.
Ernie
Ball This is the primary brand of guitar strings used in our live show,
they offer a lot of cool musical stuff as well...like Music Man guitars and
basses.
Yamaha Simply fabulous musical gear. Our touring piano is a Yamaha,
as are many of the grand pianos heard on our CDs
Peavey Makers of almost anything/everything you need to get started
making music. Traditional providers of back line gear for Alabama's legendary
